These machines provide the required roughness /etching on rolls used in the rolling mills. The machine operates on the direct pressure principle of abrasive blasting & fully automatic in operation. The machine works on the pressure blasting principle as a pressure blaster.
Rolls to be etched will be placed on the PU-coated Roller before being transported to the blast cabinet. Inside the blast cabinet, a horizontal reciprocation arrangement moves horizontally in synchrony with the rotational speed of the roll, blasting the whole outer periphery of the roll. The cyclone separator vacuums the fired media from the bottom of the cabinet hopper and transfers it to the pressure blast generator after it has been cleaned. The Dust Collector removes dust generated during the blasting operation.
